In 2004, Big Valley Properties opened its doors in Hayfork, CA with Broker/Owner, Retta Treanor and her philosophy….

That is the foundation on which Big Valley Properties was built and continues to do business today. Quickly skyrocketing to the Top Selling Brokerage position after only 2 years in business, Retta Treanor was determined to make a difference with the Big Valley name and that she did.
Opening our Weaverville office in 2006, managed by Top Selling Agent, Shannon Aikins for 18 years and counting; a team of Agents dedicated to a customer driven focus; empowered by a strict code of ethics, we as Realtors® take an oath to adhere to; and the pride we take in our fiduciary duties in which we are bound to; is why today, BIG VALLEY PROPERTIES proudly celebrates over 3,000 clients served and our 20th year anniversary supporting the communities we love through the buying and selling process.
